How do I find my size?
Use our size charts to find the best fit before ordering. We have two guides depending on the product:
Should I size up or size down?
We recommend going by your measurements rather than your usual clothing size. Shapewear is designed to fit snugly — if you're between sizes, size up for all-day comfort.
Will it feel too tight?
A proper fit should feel firm but not restrictive. You should be able to breathe comfortably and move freely. If it's cutting into your skin or causing discomfort, try the next size up.
Fabric & Care
What is KORE shapewear made of?
Our shapewear uses a blend of high-quality stretch fabrics designed for compression, breathability, and all-day comfort. Specific fabric compositions vary by product and are listed on each product page.
How do I wash my shapewear?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Do not tumble dry — lay flat or hang to air dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can break down the elastic fibres over time.
How long will it last?
With proper care, KORE shapewear holds its shape and compression for a long time. Washing gently and air drying are the two biggest factors in extending the life of your garment.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to follow your shipment in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your KORE shapewear. If something isn't right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Are there items that can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
