Exchange

Please ensure you select the correct size and style before purchase. Our size guide is available to help you make the right selection.

We are happy to assist you with a size exchange for shapewear products ONLY (underwear, pasties, sticky bras etc. not included) within 7 days of you receiving the order.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return shipping charges on exchange are to be borne by you, the customer.

Returns

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days with photos of the defect for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Single wear items like kits, patches, pasties and other accessories can also not be exchanged or returned.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Please Be Mindful:

Innerwear and shapewear are considered intimate apparel items that come in direct contact with the body. For hygiene and health reasons, these items cannot be restocked.
