Body Tape

1. Choose the right size - too small will be uncomfortable, too large won't provide enough support.
2. Step into it feet-first and pull up gradually, adjusting as you go.
3. Position the bust area correctly before adjusting the rest. Be gentle with the bust seams and do not tug at them.
4. Smooth out any bunching or rolling with your hands.

Apply it to clean, dry skin, and avoid overstretching or layering the tape. When removing, use an oil to soak the tape for easier removal and gently peel it off. Dispose used tape.
